Valvers.. advice plz..

Hi everyone been ages since I posted on here but im off to see an N reg valver at the weekend, just looking for a bit of advice. Cars done 137k miles but the owner has had it for 4 years and it has been stood for about a year. Has just been MOT'd and drives well apparantly, anything I should look out for? Milage and stuff? Mileage isn't a problem if its been looked after.
Rust will be your main problem.
