Valves & springs

Hi all
Looking at some engine prevention work, and looking into doing the valves & springs.
Can you recommend what to go for and who to do the work?
I'd probably look into doing the rod bolts as a precaution aswell I.e. ARP bolts.

Supertech valves and springs are the easiest upgrade.
Change valve stem seals while you’re at it.
Rod bolts and Megane bottom pulley and you should have a pretty safe engine.
And obviously make sure the timing is done properly when it all goes back together.
