This is my mate following it around mallory before the latest suspesnion redesign (to get rid of the bump steer you can see at gerrards) and minus a couple of hundred BHP to the current spec, but it really gives you an idea of what a laugh it is to chuck about:

Ive had a few as well, XE/LET powered mainly.

My current one:

Amazing car!! I bought a running nova from Wales for £250 with minimal rust. Had been stood for 2 years and the guy had no MOT or tax, just stuck a new battery in! Cost
me £15 at the time to get home, car did 50mpg and apart from having no brakes it was a great great car. Regret scrapping it tbh! In my youth I was concerned about engine swaps and took for granted actually a good genuine car which could of been MOT'd and sold on or used.

Sad time but cool cars!
