Verneir pulleys

Im due to do the belts and dephaser on my 172 is it worth fitting a exhaust cam vernier pulley and what position should it be set too ?

Was just a thought as seen upto a 8bhp gain on st170's just by setting the exhaust cam up right

they arent dowled/key'd so just have a fiddle.

Im guesisng you dont have a specific lift at tdc figure, so its going to be a suck it and see on the dyno.
