Very strange issue with the 182?

Ok so whilst going around right hand bends the car lurches forward like I've stamped on the throttle, only does it when really pushing on. We thought we'd found the issue were the upper plastic intake pipe was rubbing on the ECU harness wires and had actually exposed the can signal wires to the copper thread. Made sense as in fast right handers the wires where being squashed by the intake. So we taped them back up individually and then as a bunch, and also bent the ECU bracket over so it wouldn't touch, but the car is still doing it but nowhere near as violently like before, its just like a little blip now whereas before it was like I'd twice stamped on the throttle really quickly in a row.

Anyone ever heard of this before, surely its got to be the harness if after taping it up it seems better? Got Oulton tomorrow and don't fancy the car acceleration on its own around corners, lol.

  dan's cast offs.
Went through and they were the only ones, thought it was to good to be true finding something that quick and easy!!

Don't think so mate, Carl taped them up good and proper. I'm just gonna see how it is tomorrow on track, I'll just have to take it easy for the first few sessions building up.

Defo wasn't fuel starvation as it accelerated. Anyway the car was faultless at Oulton on Saturday, so must have been something random that fixed itself...I hope, lol.
