vibration and clunking

if i do over 60 my steering wheels shakes rather violently and then if i increase speed it stops and then starts again, also if im on a rough road i.e. not smooth surface there is a clunking that can be haerd from the front end, i did hit a kerb a couple off monthes back causing me to crack the sump but by the sound off it what else have i damaged?

Could be a wheel bearing mate,jack it up and have a look,not on my clio but on another car it did a similar thing and it was wheel bearing,hope this helps!

my car use to vibrate between 40-60 then stopped after i went faster it turned out to be driveshaft
