Views on this Snow Foam Gun ?

I'm after a Snow Foam gun for my Karcher, but whats peoples opinions on this one ?

And another thing, could i just use normal shampoo in the bottle instead ?

I'm uing Duragloss 901 at moment

P.s Will the Snow Foam strip off my Lsp's (EGP and Collinittes 476) ?

I have just bought one, not used it yet though!! tomorrow is test session on the van!

I'm not too sure on the lance? Is it the same as the Autobite one?
The snow foam will be fine though, and it will strip if you mix it too stongly, just follow the dillution rates on the bottle.

And you could use the 901 on its own, but you wont get as much foam and it won't be cost effective. You're better off using your normal shampoo mixed with the snow foam.

I am not totally convinced by weather Snow Foams strip wax or not, I just use Mega Hyper Wash though my Gilmour.

Snow foam and Hyperwash doesn't touch the wax here. The vics lasted excess of 3 months with snowfoam.

How much do you use per wash Rich?

One pump, topped up with warm water and used on the highest ratio setting.

Just demo'd it on my van, probably not the best idea in a howling wind!!!! i had bloody foam everywhere!!! Looks great though, i just used it as a prewash method!

Yeah does the wash including foaming wheels and arches. As foamy as anything else I have tried in the Gilmour including neat snow foam. Will never give the results a pressure washer/foam lance will.

Off topic...have you tried any of the finsihKare products from SP?

No I had read some good things about the sealant being anti static, but don't use sealants at all really on my own car now.
