so what would be the best way to seal it?? Just but teh cable tie around the two tubed thus making a seal??

  182 Trophy No. 223
cos at the moment, it isnt consistent, so the fact warm air is going in, would be why!

Forgive my ameturness!

so insert the existing intake into the viper one, and then seal with with a jubilee clip - as far down the intake as possible (away from engine) or the other way?

take off passenger wheel, pull arch liner out of the way, remove all the crap behind it (leave the horn in!)

run feed pipe down where all the crap was, you now have 2 options, feed to the front bumper lower grille, or fog light

so not using the exisiting lower box at all??:S

2 x 10mm bolts under each arch (remove arch liners)

2 under the front spoiller (about 12inch back)

a sharp tug, and it's off

excellent, will get to it, one other thing.

Conect the viper intake to the existing box? and if not, how do you attach it to the front grille! Thanks

no, remove all of the OE crap and put it in in the bin!

remove -

complete airbox (2 halfs)
all oe feed pipes
stupid valve under arch liner (block off vaccum pipe)

ho long is ur caf ............... u might need to order an extension 1 to feed to the lower grill ,

  182 Trophy No. 223
not long enough! Do you guys take the air feed down fast the headlight over the wiring loom thought that gap??

there isnt enought space so i've just put the over the existing tube for now....

Saying that, when pushing her, in 2nd, it doesnt really kick in until5.5/6k revs.... i think this is because there is air being pulled in from thsi connection not being seal enough? After that she's just awesome!

The 'stupid valve' changes the length of the intakes improving midrange torque...best left in place

ant

  yep.
