I know there's some virgin media engineers on here and I need help finding some new cable.
I've just moved our tv and one of the original cables went through an internal wall and wouldn't pull through without cutting the connector off the end. I believe the connector is fitted with a special tool so I can't refit it.
Since VM will want a call out fee to supply me with a new cable I went down to B&Q and purchased the only cable with the same screw fitting that they had. Now this cable does work but now and again if knocked the signal is broken - cheap cable I suppose.
Where can I get some better quality cable and fittings - just to confirm it's the internal cable that runs from the box inside the house to the TV box and modem.
