Download HiJackThis and install it. Don't run it or perform a scan yet.
Download Spybot Search & Destroy and install it. Don't run it yet.
Delete the contents of "C:\Windows\Temp", "C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Local Settings\Temp" and "C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files". Don't delete the actual folders though, just the contents.
Run HiJackthis. Select everything it finds and click "Fix checked".
Run Spybot S&D and let it update itself, then perform a full system scan. Allow it to remove everything it finds.
Perform a Microsoft Update to fix any security vulnerabilities: Go to http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate to do this, and make sure you install all the critical updates as a bare minimum.
Afterwards, run Windows Defender and perform a full scan of the system just to ensure it doesn't find anything malicious that was missed by the other applications.

These are generic virus / malware removal instructions and don't always work. However, you should notice some improvement either way.

just done a system restore.......no go

deleted all the history and temp folders

i cant think of anymore antivirus's to try. i done these in safe mode and normal mode
SUPERAntiSpyware
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

sigh.gotta go back to work now.
hopefully when i come back tonight there will be new updates for the antivirus's so i can scan again.

Do bear in mind that most Antivirus software is designed to prevent you actually getting a virus. Most are useless when you actually have a virus already.
In fact, most virii disable your AV/AM software so that it can't remove them.
Follow my instructions above. It WILL remove most of the malware on your machine.

got it fixed:) :) :)

DMZ - download HiJackThis and ran it but dont think it really found any virus but ticked everything anyway.
virus was still there after reboot.then i thought of combofix 2 min into the scan it said there was a rootkit.10 min later fixed:)
thanks for the help really appreciated it

Erm, I cant exactly remember. If you Google "Schedule boot scan avast 5" I'm sure you'll find something that will tell you how to do it
