W800 Memory Stick Duo

My memory stick isnt working all of a sudden, wont work in the laptop or in the phone, anyone had this before?

You reckon they'd warranty the memory card alone?!

can u format it?

im sure it will be covered by the warrenty take it back to the shop you bought it from.

dunno bout formating, it came with my phone...

I'll try get pc to recognise it, weird how its just stopped working :S

just did a search, dodgy memory stick i believe, i'll be trying to get the memory stick through my phones warranty now.

OK called o2 who said take it to shop try another memory stick...

Went to 1st o2 shop tried 3 new memory sticks none of which worked! tried my memory stick in other phones didnt work. Tried 2 of the staff's memory sticks in mine and they worked...

Went to next o2 store who had more new ones, tried 2 no luck tried one of staffs and it worked. So opened up an retail Sandisk one and swapped it for mine and it worked!

Really good customer service and I can enjoy my cool as fcuk phone again.

Watch out for dodgy memory stick duos people!

wierd never had a problem with mine, glad you got it sorted, top phone shame i dropped it a few times, doesnt look as good anymore!
