w800 problems

i have dropped my phone a few times and im guessing this is the cause of the reason my camera now doesnt work,when u slide lens open it goes into camera then str8 back to main screen????any1 else had this problem??

i was going to try to update software see if it done anything but used sony ericsson site and it didnt seem to do anything to phone...any1 know of any other sites i can update the software???
