Waiting list for new clios

hi, my mate has bought a clio expression 1.2 and on the 8 week waiting list he now has 2 weeks left, however i heard that other people waiting for their cars are having to wait longer than expected. any1 had this problem?

Dont no about that but ive been trying to buy a 172 and coz the french take August as holiday i was quoted october. So I ordered my import this morning and it being delivered to my door in a weeks time
