Anyone with squealing brakes and/or rattling noises coming from the front or exhaust side of your mk3 clio.

Take it down your local dealer coz they will fit re-designed calipers etc which solve the problems!

Mines being done next week after the parts arrive.

Talking of warranty. Are alloy wheels covered?!

I've just washed mine and found some bubbling on one of the front

Bossman took a picture of the offending wheel which he will send off to Renault so they can agree a replacement.

really?? I mentioned it about a year ago to Renault when it went for a service and they said i should keep an eye on the situation as they did a recall on the Laguna for the same prob and they were replacing the whole brake system.

mine garthers a lot of brake dust and when driving slow in traffic you can hear the squeek even when you dont have your foot on the brake

I've just changed my pads and there is a lot of squeaking, not sure if its just becuase i've changed the pads...

It used to squeak before the pads were changed too?

do you think they will tell me to f**k off considering i changed the pads myself and didnt pay them the 100 odd quid they wanted LOL

They repaired the wheel and replaced the caliper part and pads that were rattling.

But it still making the same noise (like the exhaust hitting the heatshield-but it's not coz it stops doing it when you brake)

Why can't they get it right!!?? Going in again on Monday!:banghead:
