Washer Pump Changing help

I am trying to change the pump for my washer jets but i am having problems

1st i taken the nut off the wiper but the wiper doesnt come off
2nd, there seems to be 2 pumps (one for windscreen washers and one for the headlight) that correct

How else can i get them off if i can move the wiper??

i tried leavering them etc but dont come off

please help
