washer pump or blockage

Hi, my window washers seem to be broken. When I attempt to use them I can hear the motor whirring but no water comes out. The washer bottle is completely full.

Is it the pump or could it be something else?

I've got a new pump but don't want to go ahead and fit it if it may be just a blockage or something.

Greatful for any advice.
