Washers, no power

Its a 2002 clio, There's no power going to the motor, I've tested the motor on the bench and it works fine, neither front or back washers work, fuses are ok, any ideas?

Could be the stalk but would be quite unusual. I changed mine when I had washer problems because it was only a £10 second hand part.

Tried the relays under the glovebox?

The only relays i can find are under the bonnet near the battery

Ive got no washers front or back, no intermittent an no rear wiper, Tried all the relays and they are ok, bought a new stalk from the scrapyard and all the problems are still there
