water leak from exhaust?!?!?!?!?

  GONE!!Yozza'd BG 182
when starting when cold, before the exhaust pipe heats up, i have a drip of water from the holding brackets just before the spilt to the two rear silencers. the drip is defo water, not oil or petrol. thius made me think of two things-
1. a coolant leak?
2. or a hole in the exhaust making the steam condense through it and drip from the lowest point.

not a very experienced car tinkerer any ideas will be welcome, will get pics up soon.
