Water pump turning, but no water out of the jets

My 182 isn't spraying water from either the front or back washers (forget the headlights LOL). The motor is whirring away as if the waters going to come out but it's like it's blocked.

We pulled the hose end off underneath the bonnet nearest to where the washer fluid is and tried syphoning it whilst holding the washers on, but nothing.

What do you guys reckon? More than just a block?

could the pipes have disconnected from the main tank? It happened to my old Mondeo. Is there a puddle under your car when you put the washer on?

I thought this but after looking around my car there is no puddle. Unless the waters being held in the car somewhere?

I wish Renault didn't make it so hard to access, I have to remove the wipers before I can remove the scuttle panel don' I?

Is there any dirt in the tank?

I put fresh water and screen wash in there on Wednesday and I'd say it's still clean. I was just speaking to a friend who said it might be the blades on the rotor that have either corroded or fallen off the shaft. Does this sound like a possibility?
