ways of cutting bumper for cold air feed

well its a nice day so i thought id fit my caf just need to cut the bumper and fit it just wondering what the best way to do this is i aint got fogs on got the 1.2 base lol but how you guys done yours and where abouts pics would be cool cheers

What model 1.2 is it? Mine didn't have fogs but did have blanking plates that would pop off.
