web statistics.. what do u use.

on a website i look after, i have Xtreme tracker and the other week i put google analytics on there, they are both bringing up completely different results, i dont now which one to belive.

i prefer google as i dont need a ghey logo visible on the page.

There will always be differences in traffic they report.

I use Webalizer for web traffic on here, though.. (although I take the actual network port utilisation for a true representation of traffic)

Statcounter is proper bo though and real time stats unlike google analytics.

google was showing 200-300 hits a day where-as xtreme was showing 80.

Pageloads are of no use really, unique visitors is the only way to view stats.

I use statcounter too for my websites, any1 want signing up to the network i use to earn money then PM me. The network deals with companys such as renault, e sure, elephant, argos, dvd.co.uk, machine mart and all the other big brands, and i earn a commission for each sale that is made from a customer coming from 1 of my websites.
