40's would be a touch small imho, EG on a vauxhall 20XE you get no gain in peak power but midrange torque is up. 45+'s would be better, although to be fair FUEL INJECTION would be even better

What bout bigger inlet manifold??machine shop up from me made inlet manifold for fiat punto that racing got 17hp on the dyno??
