Thank you all for the welcomes.

Am I fit now theres a question, put it this way i intend in time to come to give those show girls a run for their money but i need to complete the diet etc first but visits to the gym and keeping the williams clean is helping.

Tranformation under way.

On a serious note i look forward to meeting those of you i have not met at meets to come. Any ideas i can help with please let me know, and you can all call me Clare or GTi girl whatever you prefer.
