Welding exhaust mounts

The weld connecting the mounting plate to one of the back boxes has rusted and came away meaning the exhaust hangs doown at one side. Anyone know if these can be welded back on?

is this the standard exhaust? the boxes are aluminiumised steel and the brackets will probably just be steel - the two can be MIG'd together easily. i think they're just spot welded on as standard which isn't ideal. any garage should be able to sort that for you in minutes
