Fiesta RS Turbo & Pug 206
i just had to replace all my discs and pads all round for my MOT !!

i just have a small problem now , the handbrake lever seems to come up alot more now , is there anywhere i can adjust the handbrake cable ?

Plus one more question,

when i put in my new pads on the rear do u have to wind the piston in yea to get the pads on ( hope so coz its what ive done , then pump the brake pedal to tighten its back up ? i was thinkin u mite have to disconect the handbrake cable , but i did not touch it .

any thoughts lads ?

yeah you wind the piston back in to accomodate the new pads.

handbrake cable is a pain to get to, its under the car in the centre above centre exhaust. You need to remove the bit of rubber holdig the centre exhaust on, and remove the heat sheild screws and pull heat shield down to access. easiest tightened with a 13mm ratchet spanner.
