What are people doing with "Completely genuine" CLIP?

So I'm leaving the trade tomorrow so I'll no longer have access to diagnostic equiptment. I've seen a fair bit about ebay CLIP and I feel like its my best option for home diagnostics for the price. Either that or rs tuner.

Anyway, I've seen it needs a 32 bit system to work. What are people doing on this front? Separate CLIP laptop or virtual machine?

I had a separate cheapie laptop, I've had some fun and games with running various diagnostic kits in VMs - usually just getting the comms right - but that usually works too

I use vmware player to load a virtual xp for my opcom and Peugeot planet. Would probably work on Clip too.
