What colour cage?

Im about to acquire this cage and was wandering what colour would best suite my car! With a discussion with middo and makavelli Anthracite is the current favorite. Any other suggestions?

Anthracite would be the more sensible option in all honesty mate.

I thought about yellow but I dont know if i have enough yellow stuff on the car to make it work. I also dont want it to look too "cartoony".

Will also be purchasing some buckets of some kind aswell.

i wouldn't bother with a cage. especially a show cage.

LoL why? They look awesome and they do actually stiffen the car up a little (admittedly not as much as a proper cage, i know)

Anthracite is the winner atm though.

Get a proper cage mate. All your doing is added extra weight to an already heavy car.

they look ok dont get me wrong. but my car is a daily drive and i need the rear seats and boot space for shopping etc. if i was 19 again i would still have my car stripped bare with a cage fitted but other commitments take priority now im getting old.

do it! im just being a old jealous fart tbh! lol.

That looks like an effort to return to standard, and being 19 my insurance wont insure me on a proper cage :S

The car will only see a track every so often aswell so i feel that setup would be a waste of a car! Looks awesome though!

Lol I am 19 ... I can just flog it on anyway if i get sick of having 0 practiicality. However not having to cart the GF's mates to and from town at 4am is very appealing.

Fair point. My insurance company were none the wiseor lol. Just tell them it's a show cage? (because your only using it for show)

Also, this one bolts in pretty solid so i can't see how it can hurt you? Wouldn't have thought it made a difference like.

I'm not sure on show cages tbh, I think they are a bit 'hmmm' The real deal or nothing imo. Colour wise, Amphasite sounds good.
