These guys do not know what they are doing. It is the third car in as many weeks I have taken down and they haven't had a clue what colour it was. So much for paint matching.
I thought the oval sticker was in the door shut on all Clios as the 3/4 I have seen have been like this.
No thye match paint to a code, not to a colour on a car ffs, this ins one of the thigns that annoys me, people bad mouthing other people when they are in the wrong.
On 99% of all casr the oval plate is under hte bonnet and contains the colour code.
If you want exact paint matching take it to a sepcialist automotive paint factors or a bodyshop.
As i said they will NOT be able to tell a colour just looking at the car
I am not saying they should be able to match a colour to a car. What I have a problem with is their lack of customer service, dogsh1t waiting times, amazing lack of knowledge and a general unwillingness to help.
When I have gone in already armed with a paint code, as per my two previous visits, they still haven't been able to find the colour let alone mix it and match it. Not exactly a what they advertise.
