What did I do wrong? Oil going from camshafts

I just installed Engine Dynamic Racing cams, started the engine happy, revved few minutes. After found under the car an oil appr 1-2 liters out on floors. Trying to find where it came from, got it went from one of one of or both camshafts. All cam-belt compartment was in oil. I suppose I put the wrong seal or???
Seams I must find out by myself wtf happened. I just share my bad luck.

On my order list I see both seals are 34x57x5.5 mm. 2 same for both cams...
So which one is right for ???
The other seal should be 28x47x5.5 mm?
Definitely both different...
I'm a bit confused...

You must be the seals from Renault as a kit! DO NOT USE ANYTHiNG ELSE!

Go to Renault Wolverhampton's trader forum and ask for a 172/182 camshaft oil seal KIT.

Bought on eBay an OEM Renault kit a second ago... Same seller: Reanault Wolverhampton

Seems s**t happened I installed both seals 34x57x5.5 mm... Ok, at least I heard the sound of the engine after 1 year ))))
So the seal with a smaller hole (28x47x5.5 mm) goes on dephaser side or?

Can't remember. Could be the reason as well... Will make pics when cover and pulleys are out.

bugger the renault ones, i get them from local seal suppliers for £8.00 for the two

The seal kit consists of more than just 2 seals.

Another thing to watch is the bungs at the box end. The cams stick out further and you can get contact. (Seperate issue but worth checking)

Yeah, it was a problem.
