What does "Extra Load" mean??

After a LOT of research, I think I may have chosen my tyres!! Black Circles can do 2 Pzero Neros for 154 quid fitted less than a mile from where I live. They are described as "Extra Load" though, what does this mean and what's your opinion on these tyres, not the prettiest but from the searches I've done seem to be a good all rounder, I've sacked Parada's, T1R's and S's, can't get F1's and these seem a good price to me!?!?!

think it just means they have thicker side walls so can take more abuse before you lose grip etc
