ABS sensors?

Just had tracking sorted and this came on a few days later, reset a couple of times then now it's back and won't go away..

You have a problem that's what it means.... Get the fault codes read matey only way to find out what's going on

Machine came back with error code C1020... Anyone know what this is? Machine doesn't actually say just gives codes

Left rear wheel speed sensor mate. ( circuit malfunction) That's what that fault would lead to.

Sounds like its either going to be the ABS pole wheel or the ABS sensor itself, not much more it could be mate. Take the sensor out, and put it back in making sure its sat in the right place then test drive and see if the fault is gone?

Clean the abs ring as well, as the above, if that doesn't solve it, and the abs ring is ok, new wheel speed sensor it is mate.

Thanks guys.. Gonna do it this week, something else I noticed of this helps. It always feels like the abs is kicking in when you break at low speeds

Do you understand the principles of how the ABS system works mate? If you don't have a read up on it and it should make it easier to figure out what could be wrong.
