What exhorst for a mk2 172

Im after a new exhorst for my mk2 172. What does everyone think is the best one, want a single exit pipe and nothing so loud you carnt hear yourself think. Also is it worth getting a cat replacement pipe or is this going to mess up the ecu. I dont need an mot for a 2 years so not bothered about removing it.
