What figures would this produce(16v)

A Valver with Full system with de-cat, Filter and a chip produce? Would it be around the 150bhp region?

Also by how much would it improve the 0-60, 0-100 ect?

Depending on the health of your engine, 150bhp tops. Power to weight ratio, so long as its standard weight = ~153bhp.

Ive been told my engines healthy so round the 145-150bhp region.

153bhp per tonne sounds nice though! Whats a standard 172s power to weight? Thats what im aiming for from my valver.

mine has that plus a pbv. mine got 155bhp on epd rolling road. i think mine will be more like 150 as the rollers seemed high that day.

I cant help you with power figures

but my car standard covered a 1/4mile in 16.4

add hill power induction kit, hill power chip, supersprint 4-2-1 manifold, de-cat, ashley exhaust

15.52@89mph with all the seats in and spare wheel so they do make a difference

Mines got decat and back box only. No engine mods. Rear seats removed (approx 40kg)


146bhp.
0-60 - 7.3s (30degrees heat)
1/4mile - 15.6s @ 89mph
I would suggest you would get about 151/152bhp with those mods.

Guess it depends where you get RRd and also what state your engine is in.

I get 148bhp from BB chip, Mangnex inc decat and a BMC CDA, RRd at BB. Check dizzy, rotor, HT leads and spark plugs and also worth 10k boost and fuel additives to make sure the engine is running as healthy as it can be.

I found it did when I used it but that was nearer 20k ago. Need to do again but fiddly spraying in inlet manifold. Ecotek stuff may also do same job and be easier to apply. Fuel system additives, spark plugs, ht leads, dizzy and rotor, all these little things can result in power restoration if the car needs it.

i got a 15.9 2 up with 17s and full ICE (loadsa MDF) and ive just got a full system and decat (plus DIY IK but i dont think that does anythin bar sound good),oh and an ecotech valve

Standard a 16v should do a 15.9, 16.00 1/4.
