What graphics card upgrade?

I currently have an nvidia GT640 1GB with an i7 CPU and 8gb ram.

Currently I can play BF3 and Crysis 2 on decent settings but wouldn't mind pushing it abit further. Can anyone recommend a decent GPU upgrade for around £150-300?

this, From memory I think you can flash the 7950 to a 7970 but not 100% lol
