fitted a new rear shock was meant to fit 2 but the driverside 18mm is acting like a right b**ch and wont undo

Fitted ktr carbon end plates to my cup spoiler and gave her a good clean?

Changed the osf damper which was beyond dead! Also fitted a ph1 airbox.

Fitted a new rubber strip to the slam panel which I got in the group buy and cleaned my throttle body which was filthy!

Car now idles a lot better and has stopped cutting out when manouvering.

Forgot I had moved the wheel barrow and while reversing into the garage and looking over my shoulder managed to scrape the door and wing with the handle of the barrow putting a massive scratch in them, god knows how much that's knocked of the value.

Got the rear shocks changed today then washed the Clio and used Autofinesse tripple and poorboys nattys paste wax, prettypleased with the results.

Did that a month or two back. Was going to go mental on it after just putting it on the fooking exhaust clamp snapped and had to make a new one!

lowered the steering coloum the burspeed way then fitted powerflex arb bushes then fitted the rsx coilovers that have been sat in my room fora week waiting for me to get a move on, at the same time fitted new top mount bearings.... long ass day

Four new tyres fitted today.

Have decided to try a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric 2's. My good friend has them on his Focus ST and rates them very highly indeed. £35 per corner cheaper than PS3's so worth a go IMO.
