What is a simota aeroform on an exhaust system?

  Clio 182
Ive just been watching a video of the north west are rep's clio 182 (christopher) and at the start of the video it says Milltek Exhaust (centre box removed) YozzaSport De-Cat & Simota Aerofrom.

I was wondering what this simota aeroform is and does it make any diference to the noise or performance of how the car sounds or runs as i absolutly love the sound of his car.

Thanks in advance.

The simota aeroform is one of the worste kit's you can get tbh they sound awesome but have been proven to lose power due to heat soak i had one on my 182 and it was awful i have since bought a bmc cda and it's a great bit of kit one of the best kit's you can get for less than £200 unless your willing to pay £350 for an ITG maxogen.

Hope this help's :)

Fair enough :)

Isn't the BMC CDA induction kit a universal filter, the only reason they can say that they are custom to different vehicles because of the mounting bracket and to do with how the attatch to the throttle body on the different cars.

Are K&N Typhoon induction kits any good for the 182's?

I couldn't reall comment on the k&n as i've never ran one on my car however i've read that the k&n's suffer from heat soak unless you have a caf

Thats what the guy at demon tweeks that sorts the discount out for cliosport.net users told me, said the best one is the pipercross viper so its between that and the K&N. Which ever one i get im gonna get a cold air feed aswell.

  Not got a car
Sanspeed deal with Simota stuff, But they take forever to get back in contact with you.

I asked if they have a Simota twin charger for my 182 a few months ago, got an email last week just saying, "will check Stock" What a f**king r****d of a reply. Why not check the stock then reply saying yes or no.

Anyhow gave up with them now they dont seem to want any business
