Can someone tell me what the exhaust is on this? I am looking at this clio to buy. Is it worth changing the exhaust?

This looks an awful lot like the rear end of a car i've just bought, not entirely sure what yours is but mine is a Magnex exhaust. I confirmed this by looking at the engraved serial number/codes on the side of the exhaust.
