What is this please

Ive been getting a knocking noise at the rear of the car, exhaust mounts (rear) look worn out and exhaust is dropping quite low. I looked under the car and I'm not sure if one of the middle hangers has snapped off, here's a photo also what is this it is just floating about, cheers!

That picture on the right is to do with the brake bias or the headlight leveling system! either way it should be connected to that little hole

Does look like you have ejected a mount... Not 100% though.

The second pic im sure is for the leveling headlights and should be connected to the rear beam, so that when you have people in the back you dont blind folk coming towards you!
