What mods for cup?

What engine mods can id o to my cup to give it that lil bit more umff seen a video of mark cup his does 0-60 on something like 5.3 secs what has he done.

simple mods should do it m8...exhaust, decat, sealed IK with a caf, 182 manifold and a remap or group N ecu. Even without the 182 manifold you should see a fair old difference imo

taken everything he didnt need out of it as far as i remember.

Just gettina rough idea what you mean by sealed ik with cold air feed is that say a BMC CDA filter etc and how loud would my car be with a decat would i notice much init im running a yozza quiet road system. atm

Not sure how much difference the decat will make noise wise..My induction is a BMC CDA with a venair CAF down to the nearside fog light and works spot on. I managed to get a 5.39 0-60 properly timed with just my rear seats and boot cover out.
