what power steering fluid do i use ??

hello i drive a 2ltr 172 cup 53 plate but hav no clue wot power steering fluid to use please help!!!!

think its called dexron III its the same stuff for automatic gearboxes and its red in colour edit: don't use the slick 50 stuff as it does more harm than good
