What springs for Koni Sport Shocks on 172?

hmh

Car  Renault Clio RS 172 ph1
My 172 ph1 came with Koni Sport Shocks and H&R springs.
I'd like to drop the car a bit for better handling on flat surfaces. What springs would be the best choice?

One of the best road set ups would be Koni with Eibach sportlines. Infact, pro's are better still, but the drop is near standard height

Thnx for your opinions!
From Einbach catalogue:
Pro-Kit Performance Federn E10-75-001-02-22: front F7514001 drop 30mm, back F7524002 drop 30mm
Sportline Sportfahrwerksfedern E20-75-001-03-22: front F21-75-001-03-VA drop 45-50mm, back F21-75-001-02-HA drop 30mm

While Pro's drop is the same at front and back, Sportline's drop is more at the front. How it affects car handling?

It handles very very well on the KONIs and sportlines, the bigger drop at the front still isnt too extreme.

Looks like this

Koni's and Eibach's are proven and very popular combination on all marques and models, have them on my Fabia and before that on a Golf GTI. If you are a track day enthusiast then something more stiffer would be required but for the road you can't go wrong with the Konis & Eibachs.

Anyone got any pics of koni shocks and Eibachs on a 172 to see how much it lowers ?

If i have just sportlines on mine at the moment, will having koni shocks make much of a difference handling and looks wise?

Sorry for jacking ;)

Recently went for the Koni/Sportline set up and the handling is brilliant. As Gaz says, the ride height will be identical to any cars currently on Sportlines/Prolines.

Mines on Koni's but with the rears revalved (stiffer) for track work and sportlines and handles very very well.

See my blog for more info , pics

I plan to leave my black H&Rs at the back since they give the same drop as Eibachs and set Eibach Sportlines to the front - any considerations against mixing spring brands?

Also is it worth spending time looking for used Eibachs or are they so good no one sells them?
