what suspension kit for my bro's punto?

my bro wants to lower his car by about 40mm. he dont want to go as expensive as coilovers but he dont want just a set of 60 quid springs. Im looking for a suspension Kit.
Which would you guys go for from the following?

the punto 1.2 sporting is way quicker than my car, paxo vtr pace with ease...
