What the hell has happened here!?

HOWEVER, I think I've found a problem. Came out of my nans house to see something dangling underneath the front tyre:

looked right underneath the car and there seems to be damage done but I don't know when or what by:

so yeah, errrmmmm, HELP! Don't even know what the wires that are hanging down are? Are they important? Lol

More importantly, does that mean the car has been in an accident or a crash that I don't know about?

The last pict looks like the head light washer pipe?

​Also looks like the wheel arch liner is smashed.

It's more right under the bumper rather than on the wheel arch though!

I thought it looked like the headlight washer as well.

Easy way to rule that out... do your headlight washers work?

If I just tuck it all away and ignore it, is it going to cause me issues? Or is it all useless s**t that I don't actually need? Lol

What ever you have done has smashed your arch liner and took out your washer jet.

It's a drain pipe,breather pipe it's come outta the clip inside the bumper, no dramas just took it away

In the last pic, the pipe on the left is the drain & the one on the right is probably the headlight washer feed. (Need a better up close picture)
