had my mind made up was going to buy a trophy and use it to keep the miles down on the vee i am driving it loads cos i hate driving the land rover but ive got to keep it for work.
But i am thinking get something keep it for a year max or about 5000miles or so.

so was thinking a mint trophy about 7grand

or save a bit of ££££s and get a full fat 182 both cup packs and make it abit diffrent.

but this has bin put in to my head. never really thought about buying 1 driven a few liked it but a guy i knows got a mint. no show room con subaru impreza wrx sti with 10000miles on it.

dont no what to buy whats going to lose the most money in a year or 5000 or very max 10000miles

Get a cup hubbed 182, some decent adjustable coils & mounts, 2118s, 888s a BTB & some buckets and do trackdays next year with me & mike.

  V6 255
LY 182 I reckon would hold it's value the most. Even more if you can find one with a set of recaro's in

would love to do the trackdays but most of them are on the weekends and i am always working. if it ends up being the 182 ill mhave to do a few things to it.

Seems crazy to me to have a V6 and then another Clio. Too similar really.

Just get a cheap runabout, or drive the Vee. It's hardly a Ferrari. It's made to be driven, not garaged.

If you're only going to do 5k miles, just drive it. It won't make any difference to it's value.

i no that its not a ferrari. i no that its ment to be driven and i do use it but i didnt want to put loads of miles on it if i dont get another run around ill be putting about 10000 to 15000miles on it in a year i really only want to put 5000 on it max a year.
is a bit crazy to get another clio in away ive always had clios around me but ive never had a 182. I want something that i can going anywhere in fun to drive and easy to sell in a year thats no going to lose to much money i dont want anything with more than 40000miles on it really unless its really nice.

Think Ash's vee has only done around 7k though revels, think that's why he's wanting a 182 mile muncher to hammer on runs/trackdays.

Many trackdays are midweek now, have a look at www.trackdaylist.com

Yup, no excuses Ash... :race:

Bang on mate but it's done about 9500 now. Soon as the next toy comes I'll book a trackday.
