just been to the local stealers, they have a 56 plate albi blue 197 12,000miles for £12,995,, they said they would give me £6500 for my rb182 38000miles, so would have to pay £6500 px,,,didnt think it was too bad really,, what are peoples thoughts? cheers steve.

Part ex price isn't great have they knocked anything off the 197 or is £12995 the asking price?

This would be a better bet, R27 too so the better car, and it says may part ex for 182!

On the 197 I prefer Albi over RB anyday, that original price needs work!

it will have the old gearbox too... try and get some money off eiter way by boosting your part ex etc.

You can get brand new 197 cups on the interent for 12995 iirc... from broadspeed etc. worth looking into also.

yeah the coulor is nice, thought they gave me a fair price for mine, its knocking on a bit now too, thats why i went to have a look at it

gearbox is all good, but the newer 197's have the revised 6th gear so you pull lower revs. helps with the economy on motorway.

Early 197's are down to 10k now, some are less than that (condition wise is anyones guess though)
