Exhaust mate and the hangers that attach it to the car. Also look at the cat and the manifold.
Steering wheel wear and tear. Some steering wheels can melt and the grips can crack.
Wear on the tyres for tracking being out. I d also go looking at the tyres and make sure they are mitchelin exaltos. That is more me being an anorak though.
Overall take it on a long test driver and stop and start the car a few times. There see to be a few cars that are 04 and 05 plates having engine management issues at moment and the cars going into limp mode.
My 04 plate is in the garage at the moment having its throttle body looked at due to an engine management issue, but my mechanic reckons it is more to do with shoddy renault service / ability. Make sure you get the history and ring the garages to cross check what is said in the service history.
Two lads I know with Trophys are having similar issues but their problems have not been diagnosed yet. A friend with a 182 cup had to get a new ecu.
It just depends. But trust me you wont find another car as half as good for the money you pay for a 182.
