What to replace when installing a used engine?

I'm about to order a used engine for my 172,
What should I replace before installing it ?
My current list is:

Timing&Aux kit,
Dephaser pulley (Mine is bad, The new one is unknown..)
Water pump
Camshafts & VVT solenoid seals kit
Sump gasket
Crankshaft seal (gearbox side)

Anything else to look for ? Oil pump, any seals I might be missing...

Rocker cover should be cheap and easy to reseal on the car if needed I guess? So no point doing it with engine out
Is the fitting tool for the crankshaft seal really that important? Should every garage have that ?

Likewise with the sump gasket. If it's not leaking, leave it be.

Easy enough to swap with the engine in place.
