What tyres and fitments for 16" alloys?

I'm looking for some 16" alloys, but what size tyres do you guys recommend for road / track use?

Also what fitment is it for the Clio?
4x100 et35 or 4x108 et15

well 16's on a 182 come with 205/45's and 172's come with 195/45's
