What would you do (Tyres) URGENT!

Hey,
My car has just failed on the Rear passenger tyre having a bulge in, they're the original Michelins on the back! The one that hasn't failed has 3.5mm tread left, do you recommend i just replace the one?
Also, i need to know where to get a Hankook fitted ASAP, any ideas for Worcester?

edit: i see i cant get one from BlackCircles by tomorrow, so i have another suggestion: anyone in worcester with the silver 182 alloys willing to lend me a wheel for 20min?

If you use someone like e-tyres they come to you and do it all if you don't want to drive on it.

3.5mm seems a bit much to just bin it. Depends how flush you are I suppose.

Replace them both and sell the orginal one? If they are the original tyres from factory they're about due for replacement if im honest.

found a local garage who did the 1 needing replacement for £1.50 extra than blackcircles so went with that, i'll change the michelin at some point but just not right away!
passed the MOT anyway, and this was with a Renault Dealer! i thought £30 seemed a bit cheap but it passed so oh well!
