What's Near JMS's New Place???

  C3 Picasso Beast
Dunno if this is the right section to ask but just wondering is there much to do near JMS's new place??? I know at the old yard they'd drop you off in Uxbridge but I didn't realise thier new place is like 20 miles away from there and I can't see them driving that far to drop people off surely!?

I'm heading there tomorrow (12th) so if you see this then or after I wouldn't bother replying ;)

Thanks

When I went there last time a few months ago, James Dropped and Picked me up from Staines which is about 10/15 minute drive away I think. Lots of Shops and places to eat, also a Cinema, etc.

Not sure why you'd ever want to be taken to Uxbridge to hang out lol ... unless you were wearing a stab vest?

JMS is on the bank of the river Thames, its sunny. Walk a mile east on the river and there is a lovely pub called the Thames Court. Go there, eat drink, watch the boats.

Sorted.

Sod that. Just turn right and walk the 100 yards to the Kingfisher! But then I am thinking along the "closest place i can get drunk" lines. Not really useful if you need to drive home.....

How much work are you having done?

Lol I'll admit I didn't feel greatly safe waiting near the station one autumn night last year waiting for Tom to pick me up! Then again I'm from the countryside so not use to hanging about in towns at night

As said, the Thames Court is always worth a shout. By the river, and always full of slags.

Staines is close-ish if you want a cinema, shops, etc.

Staines is a good shout, loads of places to eat, shop and then there's always the Cinema as said.
